A further streamlining to the services offered by Penyards Property Management

At Penyards Property Management we are always looking to improve the customer experience and as a result we are always one step ahead of the competition. With this in mind we have recently employed Claire Smith, pictured, as our professional in-house Inventory Clerk and Property Inspector.
We are proud of the seamless service this will provide to our clients, as Claire will know each of the properties we manage intimately and her knowledge will be invaluable to the office-based team as well as our clients. As an added bonus, Claire has been working with our company for over 12 years as an independent inventory clerk, therefore she already has good knowledge of most of the portfolio of properties we manage. As we are all aware, continuity is of utmost importance when overseeing the maintenance and day to day running of properties. On a daily basis Claire will be able to share her knowledge of each property with our Property Managers and vice versa.
Claire will now conduct most of our inventories and check out reports as well as the interim property inspections at 3 and 6 months. Having the same person complete the inventory and then visit the property 3 months after new tenants have moved in will give us the edge over our competitors who generally have different people conducting these rolls.
In addition to the new team member, in order to provide even more detail to our clients about their property, we have introduced a new inventory, check out and property inspection software package into the business. This will provide more consistent reports with many more photos to enhance the descriptions made.
The Directors are proud of the new introductions to the business and hope their clients will be pleased with the ever-enhanced service provided to them.
